The RVM Foundation Hospital stands on a two-acre property with a sanction-plan to build upon 2 lakh sq.ft The new project consists of Block A and Block B. Currently, the ground floor of Block B is spread across 12,000 sq.ft and has 150 beds. Block B will eventually be set up with a built-up area of over 75,000 sq.ft. Our aim is to complete this project by mid-2010.

The new hospital would have about 500 beds and all the super-specialty departments that it can possibly accommodate. Once Block B is completed, the project will move on to the next phase - of constructing Block A. It is our fervent hope that corporate houses, institutes and philanthropists will support the cost of this project.

With the construction of Block A, the hospital will become a 1000 bed facility and will meet the standards set by the best hospitals of this category in India. However, in the years ahead, if Block B is unable to sustain itself due to the high-cost of operation, Block A will be made into a commercial hospital that will support Block B, which will continue to be a charitable hospital for the poor.
