Down-and-outs turned away from other places have found succour in a city-based trust.
Life came to a rude stop for 38-year-old construction worker Periswamy after he was knocked down by a bus. His injuries were treated in Victoria Hospital, but after a month his leg became severely infected and he was left to fend for himself. This was when the RVM Foundation Hospital at Bannerghatta came into the picture.
